General terms and conditions of Aeon Athletics online store have been compiled in accordance with Slovenian legislation, foremost Consumer Protection Act, Data Privacy Act, The Act on Tax Verification of Invoices and the Electronic Communications Act.
The owner and operator of the Aeon Athletics online store available at https://aeonathletics.com/ (hereinafter: the “online store” or “website”), is managed by Aeon Athletics Group d.o.o., Polje 9Z, 6310 Izola (hereinafter: “Aeon Athletics” or “provider”), which is also an online store service provider.
These general terms and conditions determine the operation of the Aeon Athletics online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the provider, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are in force at the time of purchase (online order). When placing an order, the customer is always reminded of the general terms and conditions and confirms his acquaintance with them by placing an order. By using this online store, the customer confirms that he/she is 15 years of age or older, or if he/she is under 15 years of age, that he has received the consent of his parents or guardian to agree to these general terms and conditions (hereinafter: “general terms”).
Aeon Athletics reserves the right to change the general terms. All changes to the general terms will be published on the https://aeonathletics.com website and will take effect at the time of publication or later, after a certain period, if so stated. Aeon Athletics will ensure that notice of changes to the general terms is clearly visible on the website.
Agreeing to these general terms in full is a condition of being able to use the services provided by Aeon Athletics through the website. If you do not agree with these general terms, you are obliged to stop using our services immediately. The same applies if you do not agree to subsequent changes to the general terms.

2. Definitions:
- User:is a person who uses the website and the online store that operates on this website (hereinafter: “user” or “you”).
- Member: is a user who registers on the provider’s website.
- Guest: is a user who does not register on the provider’s website.
- Customer or Consumer:is a person who uses the provider’s website and makes purchases in the Aeon Athletics online store.
- The Aeon Athletics online store:is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products.
The use of the website is conditioned by these general terms, including the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. By using the website, each user:
- expressly agrees with the general terms;
- undertakes to use the website in a lawful manner;
- undertakes not to use the service for the purpose of publishing or promoting any content and / or advertisement that is contrary to applicable law and public order and morals;
- is responsible for complying with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia relating to the use of the website;
- agrees not to use the Service for commercial, illegal or any purposes other than those set out in these general terms;
- will not distribute copyrighted content or content owned by another legal or natural person;
- will not attempt to obtain, collect and / or store the personal data of other users;
- will not in any way copy, store or transmit all or part of the content of the website, will not use computer codes, malicious programs or anything that could interfere with, disable or harm this service, service provider or its software and hardware, route provider and telecommunications devices.
By registering on the website you become a member. Both registered members and guests who make a quick purchase and do not need to register before making a purchase have the right to purchase in the Aeon Athletics online store.
Upon registration in the online store, the user enters his name, surname and e-mail address to which they receive their username and password assigned to them by the system. If a user wants to change their email address or password, they can do so at any time on their user profile.
5. Purchase processa) Shopping bag
Product selection:Select a chosen product in the online store and product characteristics (e.g. size, colour etc.) and click on the “Add to cart” button. A notification pops up and informs you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. To continue shopping, click the cross on the issued notification and return to the online store.
To complete the purchase, click the “Checkout” button and the system will take you to the checkout page, where you fill in all the necessary information. In this step, you can create your user profile by checking “Create account?” and enter a chosen username.
Under the section “Your order” you can view the quantity, type, size and price of products that you have in your shopping cart and that you will buy by clicking the button “Place order”.
Removing the product from the shopping bag: To remove a product from the shopping bag you have to click a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the website. After clicking on the icon you will see the products you added to the shopping bag while browsing the online store.
To remove a specific product from the shopping bag, click on the shopping cart icon and click on the trash can icon in the shopping bag or change the product quantity by clicking on “-” to set the product quantity to 0.
b) CheckoutTo complete the order, you must click the “Checkout” button in the cart and fill in all the required fields.
Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information marked with an asterisk (name, surname, country, address, place, postal code, e-mail address and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete your order and deliver you the chosen product.
Delivery cost: calculated according to the price list of delivery services (e.g. GLS / DHL / UPS).
Payment method: You can choose from different payment methods, depends on the country: credit card payment, direct bank transfer, PayPal, cash on delivery, Klarna, iDeal or Apple Pay.
Coupons: If you have a valid discount coupon or you want to redeem an e-gift card, enter the coupon information in the given field and click the “Apply” button.
Order overview: Under the “Your order” section, the products that you added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The price of an individual product, the cost of postage and the total cost of payment are evident before you complete the order.
Completion of the order: You can view the submitted delivery details, the payment method you have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. Confirm the order by clicking on the “Place order” button.
If the order has been successfully completed, the website will display “Thank you. Your order has been accepted.”.
c) Purchase notification processAfter placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. A member of the website always has access to information on the status and content of the order in his/her profile (click on the icon showing a person), under the section “Order”.
Aeon Athletics may call the customer on his/her contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons (described above), except that at the end of the purchase it is necessary to enter the name of the company and the tax number of the company. Equal payment options are available.
6. The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contractIn the case of contracts concluded at a distance or outside business premises, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. However, Aeon Athletics decided to extend that period to 30 days.
The consumer can submit a notice of withdrawal to the company on the form available at https://aeonathletics.si/pages/product-return-form or with an unequivocal statement clearly stating that he is withdrawing from the contract, sent automatically to support@aeonathletics.com.
The invoice, declaration of resignation or form for withdrawal from the contract must also be attached to the returned package so that the provider can connect the returned product with the corresponding buyer or payment.
The consumer must return the received products to the provider no later than 30 days after withdrawing from the contract. The consumer returns the products to the address: Aeon Athletics Group d.o.o., Polje 9 Z, 6310 Izola – Isola, Slovenia.
The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage).
The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the decrease in value is the result of conduct that is not absolutely necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Because we want the withdrawal from the contract to be done quickly and without complications, we have prepared a short list of what to look for when buying remotely:
- carefully open the package and keep it unchanged until you are completely sure that the product is suitable;
- when buying clothes, underwear and swimwear, check the appropriate size by trying on other clothes (not on bare skin);
- clothing with visible traces of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) are hygienically compromised and substantially lower the value of the goods for which the consumer is responsible.
When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the company an invoice for the goods and a completed return form. We will refund the payment no later than 14 (fourteen) days (this refund does not include the cost of returning the goods).
Upon withdrawal from the contract, where the promotional code or discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the amount paid is returned to the user’s bank account, and the promotional code in the form of a new code is returned to the user. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher.
If the consumer used a promotional code that applies only in special conditions (example: buy 2, get 3), makes a partial return of the order and does not meed the conditions of the promotional code after the return, the discount is not valid. In this case, the refund made is calculated based on the value of the remaining items without the discount. If the consumer used a promotional code that includes free gift and withdraws from the contract, the gift must be returned with the rest of the goods. If the consumer fails to do so, the value of kept gift/item will be deducted from the refund amount.
The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract when purchasing swimwear and underwear. In accordance with point 7 of the first paragraph of Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has opened the seal after delivery.
Gift packaging also constitute an exception to the right to withdraw from the contract and are not refundable, since, in accordance with point 4 of the first paragraph of Article 135, it represents a service that is fully fulfilled by the company and the provision of the service began on the basis of the consumer's express prior consent and with the consent to lose the right to withdraw from the contract when the company fully fulfills it.
The consumer is also not entitled to reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has expressly decided on a different type of shipment than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the company.
7. PricesPrices in the online store are the same for both registered members and guests of the online store.
Prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices are valid in case of payment with the payment methods described in point 9 and under the conditions explained above.
Despite the provider’s efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, the price information may be incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, the provider will allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase, while the provider will offer the customer a solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction.
Prices in the online store are subject to change without notice.
8. Placing an orderThe purchase agreement between Aeon Athletics and the customer is concluded in the online store at the moment when the order is made. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Aeon Athletics and the customer.
The buyer receives the sales contract via e-mail sent at the end of the order. The contract is also stored electronically on the Aeon Athletics server and is available to consumers upon their written request.
9. Methods of paymentThe Aeon Athletics online store provides the following payment methods:
- credit card payment
- payment with PayPal,
- payment with Apple Pay
- direct bank transfer
- cash on delivery
- Klarna
- iDeal
The provider must deliver the goods in accordance with the terms and conditions of Post of Slovenia or other delivery services. When placing an order, the customer can specify a delivery address that is binding on the provider. Upon delivery, it must provide the customer with additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, especially the conditions and manner of exercising the right itself. It must provide all the necessary information regarding the address to which the customer can turn in the event of a complaint.
In the event that the customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the package can be picked up in accordance with the business conditions delivery services. Aeon Athletics provides the selected delivery service with the customer’s contact. The delivery service takes care of communication with the customer regarding delivery. The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is specified before the order is placed.
Orders ordered on weekdays before 2 pm and for which we receive payments immediately, we try to ship the same day. All orders placed during the working day before 2 pm will be shipped within 2 (two) to 5 (five) days after receipt of payment. In the case of products where a longer delivery time is specially marked, this is taken into account. All pre-orders will be shipped within 14-21 (fourteen to twenty-one) days after the order is placed.
Orders that have a marked payment according to the proforma invoice are sent after receiving the transfer to our bank account, under the same conditions as stated in the previous paragraph.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
The costs of packaging and delivery for purchases over 90€ are free.
11. Issuance of invoice
After paying for the ordered products, Aeon Athletics sends an invoice to the given e-mail address. The invoice breaks down the price and postage costs. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order.
If a consumer wishes to exchange a product for another, he/she must first inform by filling out the form.
Because we want you to be able to do this quickly and easily, we’ve put together a short list of things to look for when buying remotely:
- carefully open the package and keep it unchanged until you are completely sure that the product is suitable;
- when buying clothes, underwear and swimwear, check the appropriate size by trying on other clothes (not on bare skin);
- we do not accept clothes for exchange with the original label removed;
- clothing with visible traces of use (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt) is not suitable for exchange because they are hygienically compromised.

The consumer must attach a form to the package.
When the provider receives the product and checks the condition, the provider will create a coupon code for the amount of the order. Provider will also arrange free shipping for the buyer. The buyer can use the coupon for any items and can also add other items to the order.
13. Promotional codes or couponsPromotional codes or e-gift cards bring various benefits when purchased and are usually time-limited. You can find the active promotional code on our website, the title page of the advertising message, in our e-notifications or other media.
In the event that the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the coupon, the holder of the promotional code must pay the difference.
To use the coupon, select the product you want to buy and add it to the cart. Select the delivery method, specify the delivery address and select the payment method. Enter the code in the “Promotional code” or “E-gift card” field and confirm by clicking on the “Apply coupon” button. When you enter the promotional code, the value of the e-gift card is automatically deducted from the price of your order. In the event that the amount of your order is higher than the value of the e-gift card, you settle the difference by paying extra in cash in the above payment methods. If the amount of your order is lower than the value of the coupon, you can use the difference in value for the next order. You then place an online order.
14. Liability for non-conformity of goodsThe goods are in conformity with the sales contract in particular when:
- They match the description, type, quantity, and quality and have functionality, compatibility, interoperability, and other characteristics as required by the sales contract;
- They are suitable for the specific purpose for which the consumer needs them and with which the consumer has informed the seller no later than at the conclusion of the sales contract, and Aeon Athletics has agreed to it;
- They are delivered with all accessories and instructions, including installation instructions, as specified in the sales contract, and
- They are updated as specified in the sales contract.
(hereinafter collectively referred to as: subjective requirements for the conformity of goods)
In addition to meeting the requirements of the previous paragraph, the goods must also:
- Be suitable for the purposes for which goods of the same type are usually used, taking into account, where appropriate, other regulations, technical standards, or, in the absence of such technical standards, industry codes of conduct applicable to the specific sector;
- Be of the quality and correspond to the description of the sample or model made available by Aeon Athletics to the consumer before the conclusion of the sales contract, where appropriate;
- Be delivered with such accessories, including packaging, installation instructions, or other instructions that the consumer can reasonably expect to receive, where appropriate, and
- Be of the quantity and have the characteristics and other properties, including durability, functionality, compatibility, and safety, that are usual for goods of the same type and that the consumer can reasonably expect given the nature of the goods and considering any public statement made in advertising or labeling by or on behalf of the seller or other persons in the previous contractual chain, including the manufacturer, unless Aeon Athletics proves that:
– They were unaware of the public statement and it could not reasonably be expected that they were aware of it,
– The public statement was corrected before the conclusion of the sales contract in the same or comparable manner in which it was made, or
– The public statement could not have influenced the decision to purchase the goods.
(hereinafter collectively referred to as: objective requirements for the conformity of goods)
Aeon Athletics is not liable for non-conformity of goods resulting from failure to meet the objective requirements for the conformity of goods if Aeon Athletics specifically informed the consumer at the time of concluding the sales contract that a particular feature of the goods deviates from the objective requirements for the conformity of goods, and the consumer explicitly and separately accepted this deviation at the time of concluding the sales contract.
If installation is an integral part of the sales contract and is carried out or is the responsibility of Aeon Athletics, any non-conformity resulting from improper installation of the goods shall be considered non-conformity of the goods. If the consumer improperly installs the goods, which they were supposed to install themselves, due to defective installation instructions provided by Aeon Athletics, any non-conformity resulting from improper installation shall be considered non-conformity of the goods.
If a limitation resulting from the infringement of third-party rights, particularly intellectual property rights, prevents or restricts the use of the goods in accordance with Articles 72, 73, 74, and 75 of ZVPot-1, the consumer is entitled to warranty claims due to non-conformity of the goods in accordance with this chapter of the terms of business, unless another law provides for the nullity or cancellation of the sales contract due to the infringement of third-party rights.
Aeon Athletics is liable for any non-conformity of goods existing at the time of delivery of the goods and which appears within two years from the delivery of the goods (hereinafter: warranty period).
If the subject of the sales contract is used goods, Aeon Athletics and the consumer may agree on a shorter period of liability for Aeon Athletics as the seller, as defined in the previous two paragraphs of this article, but this period may not be shorter than one year.
It is not possible to limit or exclude Aeon Athletics' liability as the seller for non-conformity of goods, as defined in the above paragraphs of this article, by contractual provision. Any contractual provision contrary to the above is null and void.
It is presumed that the non-conformity of the goods existed at the time of delivery if it appears within one year from the delivery of the goods, unless Aeon Athletics as the seller proves otherwise or if this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the nature of the non-conformity.
In the event of non-conformity of goods, the consumer, who has notified Aeon Athletics of the non-conformity of the goods, under the conditions and in the order specified in this article, is entitled to:
- Require the seller to bring the goods into conformity free of charge,
- Request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price in relation to the non-conformity or withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund of the paid amount.
Both rights expire two years after the day the consumer notified the seller of the non-conformity of the goods.
The consumer may withhold payment of the remaining part of the purchase price or part of this remaining part until Aeon Athletics fulfills its obligation under this article. The consumer asserts this right by a statement notifying Aeon Athletics of their decision. In any case, the consumer is also entitled to demand compensation from Aeon Athletics, particularly for the costs of materials, spare parts, labor, transfer, and transportation of the goods arising from the assertion of the warranty claim in accordance with this paragraph.
The consumer may require Aeon Athletics to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable time from the moment Aeon Athletics is notified of the non-conformity, which shall not exceed 30 days, free of charge and without significant inconvenience to the consumer, taking into account, in particular, the nature of the goods and the purpose for which the consumer needs the goods. This period may be extended to the shortest time necessary to complete the repair or replacement, but for no more than 15 days. In determining the extended period, the nature and complexity of the goods, the nature and severity of the non-conformity, and the effort required to complete the repair or replacement shall be taken into account. Aeon Athletics shall notify the consumer of the number of days for the extension and the reasons for the extension before the period specified in this paragraph expires. It is considered that the conformity of the goods is restored free of charge if Aeon Athletics also bears the necessary costs incurred in restoring the conformity of the goods, particularly shipping, transportation, labor, or material costs.
To restore the conformity of the goods, the consumer may choose between repairing the goods and replacing them with new defect-free goods, unless:
- Fulfillment of the chosen warranty claim is impossible or
- Fulfillment of the chosen warranty claim would incur disproportionate costs for the seller compared to the other warranty claim, taking into account all circumstances.
The circumstances from the second bullet point of the previous paragraph include, in particular, the value the goods would have if they were not non-conforming, the significance of the non-conformity, and the possibility of providing the consumer with another warranty claim without significant inconvenience.
Aeon Athletics may refuse the consumer's warranty claim to restore the conformity of the goods if repair and replacement are impossible or would cause disproportionate costs, taking into account all circumstances, including those mentioned in the previous paragraph.
If repair or replacement of the goods is required to restore conformity, the consumer shall make the goods available to the seller. If replacement of the goods is required to restore conformity, Aeon Athletics shall take back the replaced goods at its own expense. If the goods, which were installed in accordance with their nature and purpose before the non-conformity appeared, need to be removed for the purposes of repair or replacement, the obligation to repair or replace the goods includes the removal of the non-conforming goods and the installation of the replacement or repaired goods, or covering the costs of such removal and new installation. The consumer is not required to pay for the normal use of the replaced goods in the period before replacement.
The consumer may request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price or withdraw from the sales contract in any of the following cases:
- Aeon Athletics has not repaired or replaced the goods or, where appropriate, has not completed the repair or performed the replacement of the goods in accordance with this law or has refused the consumer's warranty claim to restore the conformity of the goods in accordance with the previous paragraph of this article;
- The non-conformity exists despite Aeon Athletics' attempt to restore conformity;
- The nature of the non-conformity is so serious as to justify an immediate proportionate reduction of the purchase price or withdrawal from the sales contract, or
- Aeon Athletics has declared, or it is evident from the circumstances, that Aeon Athletics will not restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, the consumer may withdraw from the sales contract and request a refund of the paid amount if the non-conformity appears within less than 30 days from the delivery of the goods. If the consumer requests a proportionate reduction of the purchase price, the reduction is proportional to the decrease in value of the goods received by the consumer compared to the value the goods would have had if they had been in conformity. The consumer asserts withdrawal from the sales contract by a statement notifying Aeon Athletics of their decision to withdraw from the sales contract. When the non-conformity concerns only part of the goods delivered under the sales contract, and there is a reason to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with the first or second paragraph of this article, the consumer may withdraw from the sales contract concerning those goods and any other goods acquired together with the non-conforming goods if it is unreasonable to expect the consumer to keep only the goods that are in conformity. When the consumer withdraws from the sales contract, the consumer returns the goods to Aeon Athletics at Aeon Athletics' expense. The consumer cannot withdraw from the sales contract if the non-conformity is minor. The burden of proof regarding whether the non-conformity is minor lies with Aeon Athletics.
The consumer may exercise their rights regarding non-conformity if they notify Aeon Athletics of the non-conformity within two months from the day the non-conformity was discovered. In the notice of non-conformity, the consumer must describe the non-conformity in detail. The notice of non-conformity can be given to Aeon Athletics in person, for which Aeon Athletics will issue a receipt, or it can be sent to the store where the goods were purchased, or communicated to the Aeon Athletics representative with whom the sales contract was concluded. The consumer must allow Aeon Athletics to inspect the goods for which the consumer claims non-conformity.
If the existence of the non-conformity is disputed, Aeon Athletics will notify the consumer in writing within eight days of receiving the consumer's warranty claim.
When the consumer withdraws from the sales contract, Aeon Athletics will refund the consumer immediately, but no later than eight days after receiving the goods or proof that the consumer has returned the goods. If the consumer requests a proportionate reduction in the purchase price, Aeon Athletics will return part of the purchase price within eight days of receiving the request for a proportionate reduction.
15. SecurityAeon Athletics uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.
Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and PayPal.
Credit card authorizations are performed in real time by immediate verification of data with banks. Card information is not stored on the Aeon Athletics server.

The data collected and processed by Aeon Athletics will only be disclosed if required by the GDPR or when in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other public authorities.
17. CommunicationAeon Athletics will only contact the user via means of distance communication if the user expressly consents. Aeon Athletics will respect the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages.
Advertising emails will contain the following components:
a) they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,b) the consignor will be clearly identified,
c) various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such,
d) the method of unsubscribing from receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented.
18. Opinions, ratings and recommendations
Opinions, ratings and recommendations written by customers are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of all users.
Aeon Athletics allows the opinion to be written by any user of the online store, however, they are reviewed before the final publication. Aeon Athletics will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or that, at the discretion of the provider, do not benefit other users and visitors to the site.
By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the terms of use of their opinion or comment and allows the publication of part or all of the text in all electronic and other media. Aeon Athletics has the right to use the content of the opinion or comment indefinitely and for any purpose that is in the business interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications. At the same time, the author of the opinion declares and guarantees that they are the owner of the material copyrights for the written opinions and comments and that they transfer these rights exclusively and indefinitely to Aeon Athletics.
19. Intellectual propertyThe Aeon Athletics online store and all the information on it, such as images of articles, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and may not be reproduced or used without the prior written permission of the company.
20. Limitation of liability
Aeon Athletics makes a best effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times, or price can change so quickly that sometimes a company fails to correct information on websites. In such a case, Aeon Athletics will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.
21. Exclusion of liability
Aeon Athletics reserves the right to disable the Website or disable access to the Website due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or impeding the use of the Online Store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In case of cancellation of orders, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will inform you about the following steps. 22. Complaints and disputes
Aeon Athletics respects applicable European consumer protection laws and makes every effort to fulfil its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person whom the customer can contact by telephone or e-mail in the event of a problem.
The complaint is to be submitted via e-mail support@aeonathltics.com. The appeal procedure is confidential. Aeon Athletics will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer about the length of procedures, and keep them informed of the progress of the proceedings.
Aeon Athletics is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial dispute resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also a major obstacle to the consumer initiating litigation. Therefore, Aeon Athletics strives to the best of its ability to resolve disputes amicably.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court of the consumer’s domicile has jurisdiction.
